visual alchemy is adam beasley: Two decades of design and design leadership. Relationship-builder, eager facilitator, mentor, student, and constantly curious. I enjoy sharing what I've learned, and I am eager to learn from others. Currently, I am enjoying a full-time role as design director at nextpoint design in Grand Rapids, MI.

I have the honor and privilege to be married to a strong, compassionate,
caring partner and be a father to four brilliant and kind kids. I get to experience
fulfillment by watching them learn to be the best versions of
themselves in ever-unfolding ways.

I get super excited to do challenging and meaningful work
for top-notch clients with big problems to solve together.

I am a people connector, enthusiast weightlifter, and mountain biker.
I love traveling and experiencing new cultures!
